Snow Removal Policy
If you are a part of our snow removal list we automatically come to your property when there is an accumulation of 1 inch on hard surfaces. The measurement will be taken at Sam’s home base on the east side of Windsor. Pricing is also based on this measurement. If there is a big discrepancy between this measurement and the measurement at your property, it will be noted and you will be billed fairly.
Pricing Structure
1-4 inches – base price
5-8 inches – base price + 15%
Over 8 inches – base price + 35%
We do our best to be at your property the day the snowfall ends. Snow removal during the middle of storms can be requested via text or phone call. You will be billed for each visit to your property. After significant snow storms there are times when we may not get through our list on the first day and you may be bumped until the following day. If you are bumped, we will be sure to attend to your property first for the following storm. We do rotate our routes so that your property will not “always be last”.
Please be patient with us. We can not give times for snow removal – our work load varies per storm and our route is ever-changing. If you have a special need regarding early clearing, please let us know via text or phone call.
